90-Day Transitional Living Program
A Safe, Structured Place to Begin Again
The TLRC 90-Day Residential Program provides room, board, shared kitchen and bathroom access, and an integrated learning environment.
Residents receive:
Orientation and support from the House Manager
Guidance from a dedicated Accountability Partner
Job readiness support
Assistance applying for government food assistance
A weekly schedule of life skills and personal development classes
Residents also participate in an approved recovery program to address emotional and/or substance abuse issues.
Program Goals
To help residents:
Establish stability
Strengthen life and job skills
Develop healthy routines
Prepare for permanent housing
Build habits that lead to long-term success
End-of-Program Evaluation
After 90 days, each resident receives a full evaluation.
If additional time is needed, an extension may be approved by the TLRC Board.
The Resident Journey
1. Application Submitted
Complete and return the program application.
2. Processing & Review
Your application is reviewed by the TLRC board.
3. Interview
You will be scheduled for an interview upon approval.
4. Move-In / Start Date
Residents receive:
Move-in date & home access code
Introduction to the House Manager
Introduction to their Accountability Partner
Training/learning schedule
5. The 90-Day Program
Participation in:
Life skills classes
Job readiness support
Recovery program involvement
Weekly accountability meetings
6. Evaluation & Possible Extension
At the end of 90 days, an evaluation determines readiness for independence.
